The point of this kind of concept is including magnets in simple mods. Advantages of this:

1.- New tricks
Obviously it allows you to make a lot of new tricks. Mostly with 2p2h and isolations, but also some with only 1 hand.

2.- New slots
you can hold a mod with one or two of them. it can be amazing what we can do with that

3.- Not annoying
magnets are not annoying when spinning normally. The mod spins perfectly, is really cheap (1-2€ each) and lighter than a waterfall.

Cons:

1.- YOLO
Lots of this tricks look like fake creativity (indeed most of it, is) but this can be solved with skill and pro people.

2.- Danger of death
You can eat one and die.

i already know the kirbo's magnet, it's interesting that he made a mod with 2 mini mod.
But i think the center of the mod is too heavy for a good spinning.
So you made 2 mods. What is better? I think this is hard too because it's 2p2h

Maybe i'll try this kind of mod if you make 2p1h tricks which inpire me

What kind of magnet did you use ?

random geomag magnets that i had in my house. i may try some neodimium ones if i like this and i want more power x)

I think that's a nice idea, i saw a video of Bonkura where he do a similar thing with magnets.

The problem is that maybe some trick could be done with a better magnet, and magnet low price, the weakest ones so, will be disadvantaged :/

I just came from a meet in madrid (i'm serious, it was like 1 year since the last one ^^) and we experimented a bit with the magnet mods. We all agree that with some quite good neodymium magnets, the tricks can be beast.

We also got some tricks and concepts. One of the most showoff-like is that you join both mods like if they were only one, and spin with only one of them. If the other does not fall, it looks really nice, and looks like nunchaku spinning.
